Bru na Boinne, the new state of the art, immersive visitor experience focuses on the monuments of Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth at this unique World Heritage Site. It transports visitors back 5000 years to the pinnacle of passage tomb building when Brú na Bóinne contained some of the largest buildings in the world.

Hill of Tara

The Hill of Tara is the jewel in the crown of the Boyne Valley landscape. A site that has been in use for more than 5000 years, it grew to fame as the legendary inauguration site of the ancient High Kings of Ireland. From its rolling slopes, one can see all the way to the other great sites of the Boyne Valley, including Loughcrew Cairns, the Hill of Slane, Trim Castle and beyond.

Malahide Castle and Gardens

National Botantic Gardens

The National Botanic Garden in Glasnevin, just 15 minutes from the hotel is one of Dublin’s most visited tourist attractions, with it’s exquisitely restored Victorian conservatories, it’s intricately planted herbaceous borders and it’s large number of different plant species, it is the perfect day out for the whole family.

Battle of The Boyne

The Visitor Centre is housed in the restored 18th century Oldbridge House on the banks of the River Boyne. Here you can learn the story of one of the most important battles in Irish history.

Enjoy a walk around the gardens and discover the natural amphitheatre, walled garden and parkland, or relax in the tea pavillion and enjoy the flowers.

Ardgillan Castle

Ardgillan Castle and Demesne is situated in North County Dublin, about 10 minutes from the hotel. On an elevated plain, it enjoys magnificent views of the coastline. Enjoy the many gardens, trails and cycle routes before exploring the castle itself.
