It is a system that uses the latest computer technology to make your exercise program safer and more effective than ever before. You will be set up on a customized program based on your individual goals, interests, current conditioning level, and time availability. Your instructor will enter your program into FitLinxx with all of your specific settings. You won?t have to remember anything except your ID number. As you go through each machine, FitLinxx tells you exactly what to do and gives you feedback on how you are doing. The system also makes it easy for your Instructor to keep track of your program. They will proactively monitor your workouts, making sure you are you’re successful with your program.”

Easy to Use

You will never have to remember your settings again. After entering your PIN number, FitLinxx tells you what to do. If you ever have a question about your program, you can very easily leave a message for your instructor. Tracking your progress is at the touch of a button. You will always know how well you are doing by viewing easy to read reports and graphs. Because every exercise is done with correct form, you will get more out of each workout. No wasted repetitions means better results more quickly.
