We are delighted to have teamed up with experts in the field of team-building, Xtreme.ie, who provide tailor-made packages for companies interested in team-building, outdoor, activity breaks from their base in nearby Balbriggan.

Climbing, abseiling, Ziplines, Rage Buggies, Paintball and a whole range of thrilling outdoor activities are available at the centre which is the only one of its kind in the country.

Xtreme.ie and Roganstown Hotel & Country Club will transport your team between the two venues with activities hosted on hotel grounds as well as the Xtreme.ie purpose built Balbriggan base.

Roganstown Hotel & Country Club is also the perfect place to bring your team for a weekend of golf and our resident professional offers clinics and lessons for the team who can then compete to put their newly learned skills into practice on the beautiful 18-hole golf championship course attached to the hotel.

Team-building can also take place via the hotel kitchen. Under the expert tuition of hotel our chef, we offer a variety of cooking lessons and demonstrations for a tasty team-building exercise.

Packages begin at only €59pps, which would include overnight accommodation and breakfast and we can cater for all budgets.
